Aron Griffis 3dce174cfc kbuild: support mercurial in setlocalversion
This represents mercurial changesets similarly to git.  For untagged
revisions, append the changeset id.  If there are uncommitted changes,
append -dirty.  For example, -hgc60016ba6237-dirty
