Philipp Reisner	0a49216625	drbdsetup X resume-io should be usable to resume IO [Bugz 256] ... When IO gets frozen due to a broken fence-peer script, the user should be able to thaw IO by the resume-io command. Lars Ellenberg	ab8fafc2e1	dropping unneeded include autoconf.h ... It is force-included on the gcc command line since at least 2.6.15. Explicit include lines seem to break compilation now in certain configurations.
