f37d193c7c watchdog: fix platform driver hotplug/coldplug 
Since 43cc71eed1, the platform modalias is
prefixed with "platform:".  Add MODULE_ALIAS() to the hotpluggable watchdog
drivers, to re-enable auto loading.

1977f03272 remove asm/bitops.h includes 
remove asm/bitops.h includes

including asm/bitops directly may cause compile errors. don't include it
and include linux/bitops instead. next patch will deny including asm header
directly.
