[PATCH] modules: mark TAINT_FORCED_RMMOD correctly

Currently TAINT_FORCED_RMMOD is totally unused.  Because it is marked as
TAINT_FORCED_MODULE instead when user forced a module unload.  This patch
marks it correctly
