mtd: OneNAND: add support for OneNAND manufactured by Numonyx
In addition to adding the Numonyx manufacturer code, this patch also ensures 'sync. write' is disabled when reading identification data - something that the Numonyx chip objects to, but the Samsung chip seems to ignore.
