[ALSA] sb16 - Use platform_device and add PnP support
Modules: SB16/AWE driver Rewrite the probe/remove with platform_device. Add PM support using PnP suspend/resume callbacks. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
