ACPI: thinkpad-acpi: duplicate driver attributes to new hwmon pdrv

Browse source 
Thinkpad-acpi has some driver attributes (debug level, sysfs interface
version, etc) that also belong to the new hwmon driver.  Duplicate them
there.
