[ALSA] Fix / clean up PCM-OSS setup hooks
- Fix possible race of referring the setup hook from the running PCM - Fix memory leak in an error path of proc write - Clean up the setup hook parser Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
